234vi Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for Using the Platform

1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 234vi. By accessing, creating an account on, or using any feature of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other supplementary documents published on the site.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (referred to as the "User") and 234vi (referred to as "Platform" or "234vi"). If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not use the services of the 234vi.

The 234vi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on 234vi and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the registration date;
• Reside in Brazil or be a Brazilian national with full legal capacity;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, and a valid email address;
• Not be listed in any self-exclusion registry for gambling or betting in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, first-degree relative of an employee, or business partner of 234vi.

2.1. One Account per Person

Each user may hold only an account at 234vi. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, whether in your own name, a third party's name, or using different personal details. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending bonuses and balances.

2.2. Identity Verification (KYC)

The 234vi may request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and a selfie. This verification is mandatory for withdrawals above certain amounts and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Failure to submit the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals.

3. Account Security & User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out from their account on 234vi. We strongly recommend:

• Use a strong, unique password for your account 234vi, different from passwords used on other services;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account's security settings;
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Always access the platform through the official address 234vi.net;
• Immediately notify support in the event of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.

The 234vi is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account when caused by the user's own failure to follow the security measures above.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

The 234vi accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant transfer available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with confirmation in seconds;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — credited within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo accepted;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — available for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00 (ten BRL). There is no defined maximum deposit limit, although high-value transactions may be subject to additional verification. The 234vi does not charge fees on deposits — any charges applied by banks or digital wallets are the user's responsibility with their own financial institution.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and will be returned, which may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals and Payment Processing

The user may request a withdrawal of the available balance in their 234vi at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BRL 30.00 (thirty reais);
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account/Pix key used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the user's name;
• The user must have completed identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals above the limits set by 234vi;
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 1 (one) hour after the request is submitted during standard operating hours;
• Withdrawals via TED transfer are processed within 1 business day.

5.1. Real Balance vs. Bonus Balance

The 234vi distinguishes between real balance (deposited funds and betting winnings) and bonus balance (promotional credits). Only the real balance can be withdrawn directly. The bonus balance must meet the rollover requirements before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. Rollover progress is visible in real time in the user account area.

5.2. Withdrawal Refusal and Reversal

The 234vi reserves the right to refuse or reverse withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, use of third-party data, or violation of these terms. In such cases, the account will be suspended for investigation and the user will be notified by email with the necessary instructions.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

The 234vi offers a variety of promotions to its users, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the general rules that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited automatically — no promo code required, unless explicitly stated in the offer;
• The standard rollover of the 234vi welcome bonus 234vi is 5x (five times) the bonus amount received — one of the lowest in the Brazilian market;
• Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 count 100% toward rollover completion;
• Crash game, roulette, slots, and poker bets count 100% toward the rollover;
• Cancelled, refunded, or voided bets do not count toward the rollover;
• The deadline to complete the welcome bonus rollover is 30 days from the deposit date;
• Unused bonus balance or incomplete rollover within the allotted period are automatically cancelled with no penalty to the user's real balance;
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the rollover results in the cancellation of the remaining bonus balance; your real-money balance remains intact.

6.1. Bonus Use Restrictions

Using 234vi bonuses is prohibited for 234vi in an abusive manner, including betting on events with near-certain outcomes, placing bets on markets with odds below the minimum required for rollover, and any coordinated strategy between accounts to artificially fulfill rollover requirements. Behavior identified as bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of the bonus and, in serious cases, account closure.

7. General Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 234vi cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and more. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00 (one BRL);
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except through the Cash Out feature where available;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded at the original amount wagered. Events postponed by up to 12 hours from the original scheduled time are considered within the valid window;
• In accumulator bets, the cancellation of one selection results in the recalculation of the potential return based on the remaining selections;
• The 234vi reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event and market. These limits vary by sport and competition;
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds (visibly incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error), the 234vi reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, refunding the staked amount to the user.

7.1. Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting at 234vi are available across more than 200 events per day, with odds updated in real time. The user acknowledges that in live betting, there may be a brief delay between placing a bet and its confirmation, during which odds may change. If the odds change after the request but before confirmation, the user will be notified and may confirm or cancel the bet at the new odds.

8. Casino, Crash Games & Electronic Games

The 234vi offers a full online casino section, including live roulette with English-speaking dealers, blackjack, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and others), slots, and online poker. The following conditions apply to all casino games:

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent audit, ensuring unpredictable and unbiased results;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on that game's information page;
• In crash games, the cashout multiplier is determined by a provably fair algorithm, and the result can be verified by the user after each round;
• Live Casino games are streamed by internationally certified providers, with real dealers and continuous table auditing;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the 234vi will return the wagered amount to the user. Partial winnings accumulated up to the point of the failure will be handled on a case-by-case basis by support.

9. Online Poker

Online poker at 234vi is available in Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and other formats to be announced. Games are played against other users on the platform (not against the house). The specific rules for each game format are displayed on screen before each match or tournament begins.

Poker tournaments, including daily freerolls with a R$ 500.00 prize pool, have their prize structures, blinds, and rules published on the event page before it begins. The daily freeroll is open to all users with a verified account and requires no specific deposit to participate.

The rake (the fee charged by the platform on pots) is disclosed before each table and may vary depending on the game type and stakes level. A 234vi does not manipulate poker hand results — the software is regularly audited to ensure the integrity of all outcomes.

10. Responsible Gambling

The 234vi is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting and casino games are a form of entertainment and should be treated as such — with clear limits and an awareness of the risks involved.

The platform offers the following control tools, all directly accessible from the user account area:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be increased after 7 days from the request;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Session limit: set a maximum daily play time;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, deposits and bets are not permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

12. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

The following are strictly prohibited on the 234vi:

• Creating more than one account or using an account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity through the platform;
• Deliberately and systematically exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors;
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward the support team or other users;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or other users' data;
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

The 234vi may close or suspend any account that violates these prohibitions, without prior notice in serious cases. The user's real balance will be refunded upon completion of any investigation, provided it is not linked to fraudulent or illegal activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

The 234vi makes every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a target uptime of 99.9%. However, interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond the platform's control.

The 234vi shall not be liable for:

• Betting losses resulting from the user's own free choices within the platform's rules;
• Connection failures, slowdowns, or internet outages on the user's end;
• Indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits, except where expressly required by Brazilian consumer protection law;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's failure to follow the recommended security measures.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights guaranteed to consumers under Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code. In the event of a platform failure that results in an unfair loss to the user, the 234vi commits to reviewing and resolving the matter upon contact with support.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from this agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the competent court in Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing legal action, the user must contact 234vi so the situation can be reviewed and, whenever possible, resolved quickly and amicably. Most issues are resolved by support within 48 hours.

15. Customer Support & Complaints

The support team at 234vi is available every day through the following channels, all in Portuguese:

• Live chat: available directly on the platform with an average response time of under 5 minutes;
• Email: contato@234vi.net — response within 2 hours for general inquiries and 24 hours for cases requiring investigation;
• WhatsApp: available for urgent matters, with priority assistance.

Formal complaints must be submitted by email with a detailed description of the issue, including the account ID, date and time of the incident, and screenshots where applicable. 234vi commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to providing a resolution or definitive position within 15 business days.

If the response from the 234vi is not satisfactory, the user may contact the relevant consumer protection authorities in Brazil, including their state's Procon and the consumidor.gov.br portal.

16. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 234vi — including logos, design, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 234vi or its licensors and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property law (Law No. 9,610/1998 and Law No. 9,279/1996).

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any content on the 234vi without prior express written authorization. Use of the platform does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over its content or features.

17. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The 234vi may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in services, legislation, or market practices. The process for material changes is:

1. Email notification to all registered users with an active account, at least 15 days in advance;
2. Update notification highlighted on the platform's home page during the transition period;
3. New version takes effect on the date indicated in the notification email;
4. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users who do not agree with the changes may request account closure before the effective date, with no penalties, by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal as normal in such cases.

18. Final Provisions

If any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral decision, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect. Partial invalidity does not render the contract void as a whole.

The failure of the 234vi in exercising any right provided under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right on future occasions.

These terms represent the entire agreement between the user and the 234vi regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements on the same subject. Supplementary documents, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy, form an integral part of this agreement and should be read together with it.
